Bj's Brewhouse - El Rio

The food’s good, but that’s about it. Every time I’ve come in it’s unreasonably slow, no matter how empty the place is. On top of that the menu is expensive, so you’re just better off going somewhere else.

The servers were fast and friendly, the lunch special was only $13.00 for the Italian chicken parmigiana. It was good and just the right size for lunch.

Customer service was amazing waitress was awesome she smiled greet us at the table very nice her name is Virginia thank you ??

I've had a bad experience the last 3 times I've come here. Food takes forever, last time I went we were waiting at our table for 15 minutes and were never even acknowledged until we got up to leave.

Server gave attitude the entire evening ignored me and my family hardly spoke to us our food arrived almost an hour with appetizers the entire evening was unpleasant and unfriendly environment
