Whataburger - El Paso

I've been away from all whataburger locations for 3 yrs living in New England. Of course my first thought was I need whataburger in my life Asap!!! I'm sad to say that the quality is not the same as I remember it to be.

My fries were hot andfresh..My burger was so delicious.AUSTIN'S smile (cashier) and a warm apple pie made my crazy day end on a positive note knowing everything would be okay. ?

This incident occurred on March 19th around 7 pm. The burger i ordered came with a slice of tomato that was mushy, sour with a rotten smell. I removed it right away and kept eating the burger (my mistake) i told one of the employees that was cleaning and asked her to let the manager know about it. The manager never approached or said anything to me until before i left i went to the counter and told her about the incident (as i should 've done earlier). She said yes i was told about that but all of our products come fresh !. and i said.. well, yeah but i got a bad tomato though She said the same thing again that everything is fresh!. so a good manager would have taken that more seriously and should have thrown that tray of tomatoes away! and she did nothing about it. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Food is delicious. Too bad they only get orders right half the time. I always check my orders before leaving to correct the issues

If I could give this place no stars I would. Not only did we wait over 20 min for our food, once it was handed to us, we were missing 2 apple pies. Had to wait another 20 min for the pies. Once home, opened bags and order was wrong!!! Gave me a burger instead of chicken sandwich, fries were cold, and teas were super sweet when we ordered unsweetened. Everyone, including person in charge have no business working there.
