Summer Moon Coffee - El Paso

I 've always had a great experience, until these past couple of months I began having problems with my online orders in the AM. My drinks have been ready over 15 minutes past the time stated on the payment confirmation page. Today, 1/12/24, the lady working up front just after 7 AM had extremely poor service. She was bothered that I had to request she began to make my drink. I was polite. She silently made it, placed it down, said here , and walked away. Not even an Apology for the delay.

Bought two coffees, they were both just wasaay too sweet! Causing us a lot of acid reflux. ???

Very flippant services. Morning shift is a lot more mediocre and is filled with inexperience. I don’t usually like to write bad reviews, but it needs to be addressed. Paying 8-10 dollars for a lukewarm iced matcha and not properly mixed coffee lattes along with some employees being unwelcoming, is insane.

We keep coming back for More! I ordered the Winter Moon recommended by the employee. I got it with 3/4 of moon and it was delicious ? This is my husband’s favorite black coffee. Both my daughters ordered vanilla chai tea it’s not too sweet it’s perfect! Highly recommend the Winter Moon on ice and their croissants ?

Best Coffee Place in El Paso, hands down!Been coming here basically since it opened and it has some of the best baristas and staff!Very welcoming, laid back environment perfect for getting some work done or just enjoying a coffee date out!And the Coffee and pastries are always top notch!I am obsessed with their cold brew, it’s perfectly roasted and has a really smooth taste!Their matcha’s are also amazing!Over all great vibes and great coffee!Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly! We do family coffee dates here on the weekends and the kids get a juice and pastry and it’s becoming a little tradition for my family
