I have always liked the brisket sandwiches at Rudy but yesterday I was very disappointed. My husband and I ordered 2 lean briskets sandwiches to go. I was surprised that what we got as brisket was cut much thinner than what I had been used to getting and it was dry as a bone. It looked like leftovers from someone’s party! ?

The last couple times I have been to this location, the brisket is so dry (as if left in oven to keep warm extendedly) and instead of getting individual chicken pieces (as how other resturants serve), I gotten a chopped chicken (crushed bones and all, not a pretty look) and the sliced bread always dry, as if kept on shelf, unwrapped. I won't be ordering from this location anymore.

Got a pound of moist brisket thru the drive thru. At home it was pretty dry, the potatoes were good. Dry meat no good. Spent $40

Food is great and the service is always awesome! Only thing weird is sharing a long picnic table with some people who don't respect others around them. That's about it though! Love this place!!!
