Bidra med feedbackGreat small local ramen gig in front of Hanks H.S. it's easy to overlook since there are so many other businesses in that area but it is worth the try. The first thing to notice when walking in is all the anime memorabilia as well as multiple anime playing on the TV (Naruto and Avatar the last Airbender). Super fun! But even if you are not into Ramen you will definitely enjoy their food. One of the things I did notice is that like many other places they are short staffed but the girl behind the counter/waitress/hostess did an excellent job at keeping up with all her tables. My one regret was not getting the actual Ramen and instead getting a teriyaki rice bowl. The rice bowl was super cheap and huge despite being the mini. Thanks to my family I got to try the ramen and the miso soup. The miso soup was to die for.... It was exquisite and it is a must try. You will also get free refills of the miso soup. Overall thank you to this plac for providing a warm meal on a cold night next time I'm back I will 100% be getting the ramen. Please go try it and support local.
I can’t get enough of this place, I order for pick up at least once a week for lunch during workand always go with the level 2 Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen. The flavor, noodles used, and type of vegetables combined never disappoints, highly recommended!!
Ramen was very tasty, rich and seasoned well. The grilled chicken inside the ramen was very flavorful and juicy. The edamame was way too salty.
I read the reviews and really wanted to try this restaurant. Honestly, I don’t understand why this place would have bad reviews. The Ramen was AMAZING! I had the Chicken Karaage as an appetizer and the Carrot Cake for dessert. Everything I had was super delicious. I love that they also have great spirit options. The ambiance stuck out to me as well, a nice laid back vibe. So happy that there is a Ramen spot like this here in El Paso. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves and appreciates authentic Japanese food! 5 stars all the way!
Went here for dinner today and hadn't been since around August. Sadly disappointed. The place is completely different. Used to go there not just for the food, but for the ambience. They used to show cool animes on the tv and play cool anime/video game related music, but they're trying to turn the place into any other El Paso bar playing pop tunes and playing the NFL network while the anime is on mute. I ordered an iced green tea and it tasted very old, like moldy dishwater. Our food was disappointing compared to what it was before. The broccoli in our teriyaki chicken was old, the chicken did not taste the same at all and was over cooked and dry. We also ordered two tonkotsu ramens and they did not come with as many add ONS as before, you have to pay extra for them now. The pork was overcooked, and the tonkotsu broth wasn't bad but definitely does not have the same flavor anymore. Tasted almost like it was watered down. We used to love this place, but sadly it's time to find a new one. If you want to enjoy a dos Equis and watch the football game while eating some mediocre ramen, by all means enjoy.
