This McDonalds is very clean the employees are always in a hurry, which is always a great thing to see and the red haired manager is always so involved in the operation. It was refreshing to see such a superb crew hard at work to get the hot and tasty food out to us customers. The location has alot of traffic but yet the crew manages to work like a well oiled machine. Definitely one of the best Mickey Ds in El Chico, TX. KUDOS!

They keep putting pickles on my food after I specifically said no pickles!!! Will act like a Karen next time.

Horrible. They didn’t even fill the mcflurry to the top and didn’t give us the sauce we wanted and the fries were old . Overall was upset with my food.

Called July 19th due to my order coming out wrong. I spoke to a guy manager and he politely said he would replace my order. I don’t live on this side on town so I waited until I was . August 2nd I tried to pick up my order and was told my order was not going to be replaced because it was not “written down” through the manager group chat text. My burger had onions when requested no . Not only did they mess up on one happy meal but messed up on 2 on the happy meals. Managers teach your employees how to count chicken nuggets. I will be calling to speak to a hire up.
