Mcdonald's - El Paso

The restaurant forgot to include sweet and sour sauce, the happy meal was missing apple slices and they gave us extra fries instead. I also requested regular mayo instead of light mayo, and my burger was not assembled properly. There were no extra pickles included either.

Big Mac came with no sauce, Iced Coffee had no Ice and I ordered extra expresso and Caramel and got neither. Paid full price for a quarter of the effort.

The fries were not fresh and they provided the incorrect sauces for the nuggets.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. They forgot half of my order and when I called to complain, the manager put me on hold to answer her cell phone and continued to chat for 5 minutes. When she finally returned to the call, she told me to call back the next day because she was too busy. I decided to drive to the restaurant instead and the manager had a very poor attitude, blaming the delivery driver for the mistake and telling me to contact him directly. I was extremely confused and ended up wasting $35. This was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. If I could give it a negative rating, I would.

We had a hard time trying to work/see if we put our order in correctly in the kiosk with no help from ANY of the employees. Went to the counter to pay and the cashier just told us the price of how much it was. She didn't even acknowledge if we did our order correctly but luckily our order was correct. The burgers are kinda small for a LARGE meal but I love the fries although they should have a variety instead of JUST fries. The jungle gym is empty and as usual they're using covid as an excuse. The restaurant is overall clean except for the tables. Most are all sticky. When we first arrived it was basically empty.When we first got here there were nobody at the cashier station....
