Clasico Kitchen West - El Paso

Food is unseasoned , and drinks were very watered down . It was a beautiful restaurant but I expected more from what I saw with ratings . The hostess was sweet and it seemed the other girls on the floor were just busy on their phones not paying attention to customers. Being from Arizona I expected seasoning and flavor , but a very bland experience.

Small indoor seating was full so we were seated on a very nondescript patio. The Habana burger was past well done even though I asked for Medium. The side of fries were undercooked and greasy. Caesar salad was ok. Queso Fundido Chorizo was very, very bland. House Chardonnay was in a small airplane like bottle and priced accordingly at $5. Service was slow and food was bad. Will not be returning.

Very delicious food, good atmosphere and very friendly and attentive staff.

The food was amazing! All the meat was very well seasoned and had great flavor! Our waiter was excellent and very helpful in helping us decide what to order.

There have been 3 times I order food there and they never give me what I ask for. The first a couple of months ago I ordered a Hawaiian burger and it didn't come with pineapple, the second I ordered a synchronized chuky to take away with brisket they gave me a normal quesadilla and it was only half and this third time today I ordered a synchronized chuky through Uber Eats again and only the synchronized one arrived, they didn't give me the pico de gallo, the sour cream or the avocado, I talked to my delivery man to see if he was the one who made the mistake or took the wrong one. incorrect order and he told me that was what the people gave him and that they were also rude to him, I don't know what's wrong with this restaurant
