Cinnabon - El Paso

Went in to get some cinnamon rolls. They said they only had 6 pack when I only wanted 4. Then I get home and the rolls were hard as hell like they been there for days. I call to see why they weren’t freshly made and they don’t answer and make the calls go to fax noise. Disappointed they don’t make them like they used to and fresh.

Can't go wrong with Cinnabon when craving a delicious gooey cinnamon roll of various sizes. The outlet location on the Westside is always busy so expect a wait for your goodies.

I liked the cinnamon roll but could have been better. It lacked cinnamon flavor and slightly undercooked.

I went there today with my husband and we ordered the 4 Cinnabon pack. We got two original and the other two with pecan topping. They forgot to give us two with pecan topping so we paid extra money for it and did not even get it. Very disappointed. It would’ve been fine if they had forgotten and charged us for the original ones. What bothered me the most is that we paid extra money and did not get what we paid for.

Fresh goods. Get the Cinnabon six-pack good deal. Associate Jonny top-notch, friendly, attentive.
