Applebee's Grill - El Paso

I keep forgetting to write this review, but I ordered a brownie dessert with ice cream so I could have it after my meal. When I got home, I noticed that my scoop of ice cream had melted on the way (which is understandable since it's 100 degrees out). I put it in the freezer to cool off, and when I took it out, I was left with barely any ice cream. I'm not exaggerating, I didn't eat any of it. I'm really disappointed because the dessert was already almost $5 and the amount of ice cream I got was not worth it. However, the rest of the food was decent. The three cheese penne I ordered was delicious though! That was really tasty.

I just dined at this restaurant and received fantastic service! Our server, Brissa, was extremely professional, polite, and attentive. I will definitely ask for her again for future meals. The food was delicious, especially the new irresistible bowls. Thank you for a wonderful evening, Applebee's! As a vegetarian, I ordered an irresistible bowl and asked for the chicken on the side for my dogs to enjoy later, since I do not eat meat.

I had lost respect for this restaurant years ago, but a couple of days ago I decided to give it another try. I ordered the chicken plate and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. They sautéed my penne pasta with cayenne pepper and it was amazing. The service was quick and friendly. I will definitely be returning. Food: 5/5.

As usual, the food and service are always top-notch. My wife and I go there at least once a week. We 've tried everything on the menu, and it 's fantastic. The food is always prepared in a timely manner and always cooked by recipe. The staff are always welcoming. This is a good thing and a bad thing. The reason I 'm giving the atmosphere a 1 star and this restaurant a 3 is because of the in door solicitation that is allowed to occur. Yes, people doing without and children living on the street is a sad thing, but it 's not something I want to think about while I 'm trying to enjoy an evening with my family. Children and the elderly are allowed to walk around and interrupt your dinner conversation with your family and friends so they can attempt to try and sell you something. Literally walking through the doors, right past the employee with all of their things and then go table to table. I asked my server why it was allowed, and he said he didn 't think it was right either, but there was a certain manager there who said it 's completely acceptable for their customers ' dinner to be interrupted for the betterment of the poor. As a business owner myself, I do not think this is the correct attitude for a manager in the service industry to have. I 'll still go back weekly, I just hope this makes it to the right person, and it 's not allowed to continue.

Went to celebrate my sisters birthday. Unfortunately our waitress did not understand English I guess. One of our guests told her she couldnt have tomatoes not even pico de gallo since she is deadly allergic to tomato. Her dish came out covered with pico de gallo. When we asked her why all of that pico was on it, she took it back and scraped it off and brought it back. Bottom of the dish was still covered with pico ge gallo. Manger finally came out and asked her if she was going to eat it and of course she said no. They didnt even ask her to order anything else. The waitress ignored us the rest of the time and had other people take our bill. Youve lost 6 customers that spend close to $200 each time we go.
