Is the food here overpriced and left sitting out for too long before serving?

I really enjoy the Banhmi sandwiches at this restaurant, but I was quite disappointed with the drinks. I ordered two Thai teas without Boba and found them to be way too sweet, almost as if they had added too much sugar. I have tried Thai tea at many other Boba shops and this was by far the sweetest. When I asked the staff if they could lower the sugar or add more milk, they refused. I then suggested switching to milk tea, but they also refused. When I asked for a refund, I was told no. I was frustrated by the lack of customer service at this restaurant. Other establishments would usually try to fix any issues, but this one in El Monte did not want to help. The lady serving me was not accommodating and simply said there was nothing she could do. I left with two disappointing drinks and no refund. I hope the owner addresses this issue or refunds my money.

This restaurant is fantastic. They offer to-go options for a quick meal on the run, with a friendly staff and a wide selection of delicious dishes and teas. I would highly recommend it.

I was in this place and said when she rolled a spring ready she said she did, but they were not ready and had to do it, and it was at least 30 minutes waiting and the food was not so good.

The food is good but the customer service is bad. Rude workers and don?t feel welcomed. Just a bad vibe in general and the place is dirty?
