Guess what. They don’t take phone orders for fresh packs.. but they will take online orders, delivery orders, and walk-ins… what is so difficult about a phone order ? it ain’t rocket science. Thank you for your service baskin robbins?

My daughter wanted a hello kitty ice cream cake, so we looked for one and couldn’t find one and to order a custom one would be over 100 for 10 kids, we went to basking looked through their cakes online and picked a red heart one. Then I thought I’ll just tell them not to add sprinkles I’ll do it myself I’ll buy some hello kitty ones from micheals and boom hello kitty cake, let me tell you I went to order and the girl said I’ll have the cake decorators call you, she did, I told her I had sprinkles and she said she could put them on, I went in and well she took all my ideas, changed the color, added the bow and made a beautiful cake, im so grateful, my daughter was so happy!!!

He's standoffish attitude, unwelcome vibe definitely gave me mix signals to react not wanting he's service. It's a Ice-cream place. Shouldn't ppl be happy excited to be sharing 31 flavors. I came to pick up my cake. There's nothing I like about that fella. The other 2 candidates are fine we're reserved. But this pretty looking fella is not someone I would hire. Unwelcoming. I won't be back anymore!The nice fella who designs the cake wasn't there today. The young lady that's happy to help personality wasn't there today..

BR31! Who does not love ice cream?! My daughter and I venture here usually following a day at the park. The people are really patient and awesome, mostly young and full of energy. The cake decorator and staff does an amazing job taking cake orders as I have yet to be disappointed or receive something other than how I ordered it. The pricing is usual, standard for an ice cream shop. I usually order my daughter the regular scoop since the kid scoop is only a few cents cheaper. The serving portions are generous as well as their topping portions.The parking lot can get hectic and crowded especially in warmer months. Even when it's colder out, the parking lot can be packed due to the other shops that share the space and parking. It's near Del Norte Bart if you feel like a 15-20 minute walk, with a little person I wouldn't recommend. The ice cream is fresh, never frost bitten or tastes sour. There is no indoor seating since the pandemic. The indoor space is small and can get pretty crowded with a few people waiting in line. The noise level is average, not unbearable and definitely not quiet. There is not really any place to sit and enjoy your cone or cup other than your car or its hood. Don't forget to sign up for your birthday cone, it's a free kids size scoop within a week of your birthday. Enjoy!
