Jamba Juice - El Cerrito

This small Jamba Juice location offers their usual menu items. There is no indoor seating available, but plenty of free parking nearby.

This Jamba Juice location is my favorite. It is always clean, the drinks are delicious, and I enjoy adding extras for protein and vitamins. Specifically, I want to highlight the merry orange cranberry drink. It was absolutely delicious and one of the best smoothies I have ever had. I was pleasantly surprised by the coco whip at the bottom, as I thought it might affect the flavor, but it actually complemented it well. The atmosphere of the store is very clean and I always appreciate the good service. There is plenty of parking available in the large shopping center where this location is situated.

I recently had a terrible experience at this restaurant. As a loyal customer, I usually love this place. However, when I went there to pick up a DoorDash order and asked to use the restroom, the cashier rudely informed me that the restroom was only for customers. I explained that I was a customer, but it seemed they were not informed. Due to this unprofessional and disrespectful treatment, I will no longer be patronizing this restaurant, and neither will my family.

Every time we stop here they are out of something, last time it was cups, so we got served our smoothies in paper cups, this time it was pineapple. The staff seem miserable and are not helpful. Almost as if they are trying to talk you out of ordering. When I went to order, they said they were out of an ingredient for my drink, I asked if there was a substitute I could add, the employee just responded no didn 't offer suggestions or options. When I then named adding more of another ingredient they responded with fine Not how I have ever experienced a Jamba Juice. I would highly recommend going out of your way to the one in Oakland or Alameda. This place will ruin your day.

The place is dirty, and the lady with the long lashes at the register is RUDE! Plus the owner of the franchise needs to see how much food goes to waste!!!!!
