I would like to comment on one of your rude staff in 345 imperial avenue el centro California branch. we have waited for 40 minutes in a pick up order counter and all the people that just came in got their order the short lady in the shift at 08/28/2023 0830 pm was smashing thing like phones and sheslooking at me despicably as if i did something wrong for just ordering. poor planning and being short staff means incompetence in the management, you call yourself a fast food chain. when it took almost an hour for ordering in the app to getting out an oder. this is unacceptable even the floors are dirty are you up to the standard of sanitation.
