Triple L Bbq - El Cajon

YUM! This is one of two delicious briskets in SD! Service is always great ! Easy menu, outdoor and indoor seating chill spot!

We went to hear the live music to Grand Ole Bbq yesterday with Tim Flannery (of the Padres past) playing. I was stressed at the beginning because a large crowd had gathered and I was concerned about how they would seat and severe this crowd. The staff handled it all perfectly and everyone was seated in a very orderly manner. Tiffany was our server and she was fantastic: fun, friendly, fast and super efficient. The food was great we had pulled pork, brisket sandwichs and pork ribs. The food was delicious! Tim Flannery and his band played amazing music and toldmany wonderful stories. This was a super memorable Saturday afternoon! Thanks again Tiffany! By the way Tim has several cds out and a new release is coming! Great Day we will go there again soon!

I have enjoyed Grand Ole BBQ many times. The Brisket is fantastic! The Ribs are wonderful and the surprise is the Smoked Turkey! Get the sampler to try all the meats. The other surprise is the side of green beans. Don't miss out on those! We visited here later in the evening, and they warned us that they had sold out of all the other BBQ except the Brisket, (THIS IS THE ONLY REASON IT IS NOT A 5 STAR REVIEW). We ordered the Hamburgers, and they were great! This is a family friendly restaurant, and our kids had a blast. The Corn Hole game was put away, but that did not stop our kids from having fun. We stayed until closing, and the staff kindly told us we needed to go. We jump at the chance to visit every time!

I got food poisoning from eating there brisket or whatever you wanna call that thing they served me !!! I went out to eat for our family birthday yesterday and I normally don't eat other peoples bbq besides my own picture number 1 is what they served most of us that's supposedly called brisket and picture number 2 is my own food that I cook at home in my own smoker !!! from what it looks like they make so much meat a day that they don't sell it all and they just use boiling water to reheat and remake the meat juicy or use a crock pot so disgusting!! I don't recommend getting the brisket I had to order a side of fries and only have that till we got home never again ! No wonder it was so empty yesterday !

Stopped her for a quick bite, almost didn't for whatever reason but I'm so glad we did! Pretty much any sandwich with bbq meat and a good coleslaw I feel like you can't go wrong! The brisket was absolutely delicious! The pork ribs were absolutely delicious and tender too! And I love the pickles! The only thing that was disappointing was that they were out of beef ribs , but from my understanding it has to do with a supplier issue because the supplier they buy from I guess was giving very fatty beef ribs so they stopped buying from that supplier so my guess is they have limited supply of beef ribs the friesin the borracho fries were fresh and crispy I think you really need to add brisket to it... iwould100% come here again!
