Mcdonald's - El Cajon

Screens were broken had to reorder my meal twice the lady who took my order and ran my card was awesome considering the broken menus.. the lady who handed me the order was rushed and short which on a busy day I may give her a pass but it wasn't that busy... She seemed bothered to be there.

I know their mascot is a clown but I didn't know the employees were too. This dude gave me an overfilled frozen Coke that spilled all over my car and had the nerve to sigh when I asked for extra napkins. Buddy didn't apologize or anything and watched me trying to hurry me up to speed up their queue.

People don't take your orders anymore at Mc Donald's. You use the self kiosk to order for yourself then you wait. There was a long wait because they were a little busy.
