I'll never know how places like, KFC stay in business in El Paso, when local business like Don Carbon exist.

Good mother pop home style cooking loved the enchiladas montadas and the coffee was good.

Killer breakfast special! I will just say that if her breakfast specialist of enchiladas montadas (that is red enchiladas topped w/ two fried eggs) was a girl, I would put a ring on it! her red sauce is crazy about delicious! the perfect mix of fiery and garlicky (it is not for wimps) crushed two enchiladas filled with oozing cheese and with eggs upstairs. you pierce the egg yolk and let this yellow quality run over the white and enchiladas. man, I want something now! They also get two tasty sides of fried beans and kartoffel cubes w/ chorizo. all that plus her coffee for like four dollars! I'd pay ten for it!

Legit the best chicken there is. Eat here, you won't regret it! I've been multiple times, and will continue to go. Highly recommend.
