Hyshinu Ramen, Sushi Poke - El Cajon

Service isn’t great at all. Staff has unnecessary attitude.Cup Noodle has more flavor.

Ate here for the first time today. I had a pleasant experience. Ordered Tonkotsu ramen and a dragon roll. The ramen presentation was pleasing to the eye. You don’t feel as if ingredients are lacking. Liked the cooked pork belly, it added a texture and an enhanced flavor. The broth was good, probably an additional ingredient away from making it great. Asked for additional hot spice to spice it up, I recommend it. The sushi was above average, not bad, but missing a little more pizazz visually. Service was nice! Friendly, efficient and constantly walking around cleaning. I think this place has a niche here, I enjoyed my meal and will come back.

I went here today as part of my self-care time. Upon walking in I was pleasantly greeted by the cashier, Valentina, she immediately made me feel welcomed.As I was ordering my food she helped me make decisions because well, I 'm indecisive when it comes to food, I want it all.I 'm so glad she helped me because everything that came out was delicious. I had the vegan ramen *chef 's kiss* with tempura vegetables and spicy garlic edamame.As I was eating she checked on me to make sure that my food was good and asked me if I needed anything else to make the service or food better. She is very attentive, you don 't get that too often in San Diego.My first time here at this restaurant, and definitely not my last. The food was good, but it 's Valentina 's warmth that 's bringing me back and making me bring friends along to experience it as well. Thank you Valentina, YOU made my day and you 're appreciated.Vegetarian options: Vegan ramen, get it!

Ordered a Poke bowl to go. Asked for half salmon/tuna, only spicy mayo none of the Poke sauce because way too sweet and no tomatoes. I got home, the bowl was white from the amount of mayo they put, had tomatoes, and they didn't even put a scoop of meat...waste of time and money.... only thing there that's tasty is the ramen.

Decent prices for how much food they give you and the food is delicious
