I have to say I was expecting a bit more from a well known steak house. First we sat in the waiting area when the restaurant was mostly empty for about 15 minutes without any acknowledgment from any employees. Later we got a table and a nice waiter who asked for drinks and food order. After waiting for a good amount of time he came back to say they did not have trout for the order, which is not a problem but he should've told us sooner. I believe the late change made the order for the table wait because once it was brought out it was cold and my hamburger was also not cooked medium-rare like I asked. The meat was not much bigger than a fast food chain. Every order comes with beans and coleslaw. They placed a bowl of each at the center of the table for us to grab. Two problems with that it was cold and not enough proportion for all of us. At the end when we mentioned issues to the manager he discounted $2 from the total bill. Needless to say it was not a great experience.

I walked in at 7:10 on New Years Eve. There was a man with a sour look on his face. I told him table for one. He said we close at 8:00 and there are no tables. He say me at the bar. There were three tables available. Turns out he was the manager named Nacho. Good was raw. I ordered a medium well Ribeye. I spent $46.00 there. Worst experience of my life. Will never go nack

Not sure I keep coming back here. I get why the bad ratings. The first time I dined there were more flies in this place than guest. The second time I came the service was terrible! But I'm here. I actually came because of my coworkers liking this location better. Baked potato came out with sliced cheese. The manager needs a spanking for that. Who would let any chef plate a potato like this? Looked like a low budget meal that your grandma made. Barf! I got the salmon because this location never gets my steak right. Salmon was dry and not edible. Had the whole thing still on my plate and the waitress didn't even ask if there was a problem. Ordered lemon drops for the table, bartender made them with dark liquor. Had a headache all night as a non drinker, I specifically picked the girliest drink and they managed to ruin all of the shots. Did I pay? Yup sure did. Why? Well there is a saying, first time, Shame on them. Second time, Shame on them. Third time, shame on me. I should have just come and said my good byes! Worst location in my opinion!

Shame on you! Jack and Peggy would turn over in their graves if they knew what you have done to this place. What happened to pride in your establishment? They raised the prices and lowered their standards. Avoid eating here! There are now a lot of decent places to get a steak in town.

Used to come to this place awhile ago, service was always excellent. Decided to bring my sister cause I had talked this place up based on previous visits years ago. So very disappointed, and service was terrible! Waitress seemed to forget we were sitting in her section. The place didn't have many customers that should've been a sign, 45 mins later we finally get sandwiches, food wasn't what expected. Will not be going back there at least not that location!
