Burger King - El Cajon

It is an absolute shame you can?t purchase food in this country in English three people can?t speak English and then they get mad at me because I don?t speak Spanish! But as my wife said Frank they work at a Burger King!

Really good food and service over all. I really like some of the deals that are offered daily. As well as coupons that I receive in the mail regularly. I don?t know if the machine has something wrong with it but the soda is always missing flavor to it.

Tried the Impossible Whopper and it was really good! I even liked it better than the regular one. Fries were great and same can be said about the nuggets. The only bad part was the lady cashier... Really bad attitude. Also, some homeless people at night can make you feel uneasy in there.

Came here to get breakfast asked for two sausage croissant sandwiches. Got no meat and an old sandwich. Coffee was cold overall really old food and terrible service. Attempted to call to speak to a manager but the line said there was no one to take my call.

Ordered two whopper combos and this is what I got for $16 dollars. They didn?t even to bother to put cheese, I had to put cheese myself. They also burnt the meat to the point all I could taste is charcoal. No pickles no lettuce. What the hell kind of service is this? I also called to get order replaced, but apparently they are not taking any calls. The franchise needs to send someone to go check on how things are being done.
