L'eden - Éguilles

This is a gem! It’s just beautiful inside. The decor is warm and sophisticated. The music was a wonderful complement to the ambiance. Okay, the food. We had 2 entrés: a homemade gravlox that was wrapped in a freshly- made fluffy mousse of three types of red berries. It was a spectacular marriage of the sweet mousse and the perfectly seasoned gravlox…I barely have the right words. We also had a lamb ravioli. Light. Homemade, of course. Heavenly. For our plats; a filet of pork wrapped in a light pastry with a lovely sauce, mashed potatoes and mushrooms. And one cannot turn down a lamb shank that had been slowly cooking for 4 hours. We will return next week. This was a highlight of our holiday.

This small family restaurant really elevates the quality of the food in the area. By setting a new standard for everyone else to follow. Remi is a passionate chef, who really cares about the quality of his ingredients with the best food and serving his customers. We loved our wonderful dinner! Highly recommended! :

Restaurant by chance do not stay on the outside not very engaging (located in a commercial area) push the door. Everything is perfect, the kitchen, the service and the atmosphere. I strongly recommend
