Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chips were so stale. The food was ice cold. The steak amount was very little and the little that I got mainly the fat of the steak which is not even chewable.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY CHIPOTLE. I ORDERED AHEAD OF TIME ON MY APP AND WAITED OVER 40 MIN IN STORE WITH 6 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES THAT DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE OR ASK IF THEY COULD HELP . Do not order from here

What a mess tonight! Thrown together- two kids tacos were not build your own, less ingredients and already put together- kids are unhappy with food mixed together. Not even in the right container. 1 Chocolate milk not 2. The side salsas and quesos for $3.70 each were in a tiny cup, only half full!! My husbands $16 burrito was wrapped, my $16 burrito was exposed with foil not covering. Gross. For almost $70 dinner, this wasnt worth $20. This Chipotle is going on our family "banned" restaurant list for awhile. What a waste of money- poor quality and lack of attention to detail from this Chipotle.

Just a little disappointed, paid $6 for extra guac and chips but my guac was brown :

I?ve ordered from here THREE times since they just opened and they have yet to get my order right. Not to mention their portions are ridiculously smaller than other locations. My lid clearly says half sofritas half chicken. Instead I received half chicken and half steak. I don?t eat red meat so this is garbage now. Also there?s white rice instead of the brown rice I asked for. There?s absolutely no way this is a full scoop of ANYTHING as barely 1/3 of the bowl is completely full as you can see by my pics. No, I haven?t eaten any of it yet. This is what they had the audacity to charge me $10 for. Ice cold but my queso arrived hot so obviously it wasn?t my dashers fault. Chips have been stale every time with zero salt and seasoning. This is the last time I ever spend my money with chipotle.
