Steak 'n Shake - Edwardsville

I ordered a cheese burger, fries and chicken nuggets. This cheeseburger was the greasyiest cheeseburger I have ever got from any restaurant. I worked at steak shake at the circle when I was 16 we never served anything like this to anyone. I have never gotten any hamburger from any other steak shake Like this. Steal Shake is not the same place I use to love their food, its not what it use to be.

Terrible wait times, rude service, and subpar quality food. Won't be returning.

We sat in the drive-up for over 30 minutes! We placed our order, paid, was given our drinks. After 15 minutes they came to the window and asked what our order was. They got it completely wrong. They went back to fix the sandwiches and our fries were ice cold! While they were supposed to be fixing the sandwiches we got their attention and asked for our money back! They couldn’t figure out how to do that so they wanted us to come inside! We gave them the food back and left with no refund! If there was a way to give them NO STARS we would have done that!!!

I came through the drive through and ordered a number 10 off the 4 for 4 and got a regular burger got no crackers for the chili. Now I’d understand if y’all was busy but I was the only car in line. I’m never coming

Steaak and Shake has managed to make dining as exciting as using a vending machine. School cafiterias have better atmosphere. I will never eat there again.
