Mcdonald's - Edwardsville

Hopefully, none of you have the displeasure of ordering food or speaking with the manager in the gray vest. He was something else! Unfortunately he has no customer service/people skills whatsoever. Seriously…go interact with the manager in the gray vest, and you will know exactly what I'm talking about. I feel bad for his employees, he is surely hostile and impatient with them too. The icing on top of the cake was asking the guy for 2 ranch's for my fries (after spending 25 dollars on food) and him saying that it will be .30 cents, each. He was rude and passive aggressive to every customer I saw him interact with (including door dashers).

Waited my ENTIRE 30 min lunch break for a mcchicken and a cheeseburger, just to get a stale chicken sandwich

Overcooked cold food, no dipping sauce for chicken nugget happy meals. Staff member charged us for BBQ sauce when they failed to include the requested sauce in the meal. NOT a good experience! Won't be back to the Glen Carbon location!

In my last 2 visits I have received: 4 wrong coffees 2 wrong sandwiches -2 hashbrowns 1 slice of molded ham I give service 2 stars for a nice manager.

Dude came out to give me my order which I already waited 15 minutes for which was only nuggets and fries and then gave me the wrong order and then started mouthing off when I told him it was not my order saying that I should listen even though he told me it was my order
