Doc's Smokehouse - Edwardsville

We go three or more times a month. The pig steaks are great and the burgers are great! I think the bride is our favorite. The sides are good to especially the baked beans they actually have pieces of brisket in them. I recommend this restaurant!

Quality affordable food! The nachos are my absolute favorite. All parts are huge, I always leave full and with remains. With the always changing specials, the menu is better and better.

I have been wanting to visit this place for sometime. Everytime I come up from Florida I run out of time. This time I made the time and I am glad I did..... Probably THE best pulled pork I have ever had. Ever! I got two pounds of it and it was enough to serve 10 sandwiches. It was so good I just ate it by itself. Perfect flavor and wasn't dried out. Just when I thought it couldn't get better....the burnt ends....OH MY GOODNESS....OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING!!!! The flavor. The texture. Did I mention AMAZING??? I got a pound of those and ate it like candy with my fingers. Also got a rack of ribs. They were perfectly flavored and fell off the bone. This place did NOT disappoint. My only disappointment was that it took me so long to go there. This place is a MUST!!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

The burnt ends are good, but the RIBS were GREAT. The Memphis Red sauce and the sweet and smokey we're both very good. The BBQ beans were good, and the Mac cheese was okay. Customer service was great and fast.

The person that took our order was awesome! Unfortunately I didn't see a nametag. He suggested a few things and they were delicious! The entire staff was attentive our whole visit. Better than fire n smoke and others in the area. Will be returning.
