Dairy Queen - Edwardsville

I have Always been coming to this Dairy Queen throughout the time I?ve lived in Edwardsville. For the past 16 years this establishment has always been clean and the food has consistently been Great quality. I never have to worry if my order iswrong, they didn?t get my extra sauce, or if my food is going to come out cold, undercooked, or poorly mixed. The staff arealways friendly and got my orders out quick, Even in a busy rush-hour. Just recently I had purchased a meal and a blizzard, butmy Internet bill automatically went through on the account I used to buy my food, and I ended up coming a few dollars short. AVery kind staff member named Austin Linder offered to pay the difference out of pocket. I asked if he was sure multiple timesand he still went through with it. Every time I go through if I have a spare a few dollars I always tip now.

Thank you Dairy Queen! My daughter was so happy with the cake. She?s 26 I was trying to send her flowers from Texas. This week girl help me that works there I forgot her name I?m sorry but I will let you know. She took the cake to my daughters restaurantwhere she works at in Edwardsville. That girl is awesome. I will let you know her name tomorrow. I ordered this cake at the lastminute. And they help me. She?s freaking amazing and the staff. I thought my daughter would like flowers unfortunately shewanted the cake. Sorry I do not have glasses on tonight.. thank you for getting my daughters cake on time

Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized that I had received someone else's burger instead of my more expensive cheese curds. This mistake forced me to move to a different parking spot at the restaurant, and by the time they brought out the correct order, my ice cream had already melted.

I was charged $6 for a bacon cheeseburger that only had one strip of bacon and was the size of Wendy's $5 Biggie Bag burger.

The staff is always friendly and provides quick service. The restaurant is clean, including the restrooms. However, the dining room closes early.
