Beautiful staff, good service and enjoy the seasoned coffee!

Food good, great soup. Need to work on Customer Service. Young girl blonde hair not Abigail. Seemed put out I changed an item in my order. Never thanked me just said your soup is in the box. Might want to address.

The staff is always friendly and informational. Weekly specialty drinks are ALWAYS fantastic. Especially their Caramel Apple Latte in the fall. I truly love this one of a kind place.

I had a minor issue with one of the employees telling me I ASKED for an iced Americano after I simply pointed out that I had received the wrong one. I NEVER ask for an iced one. I know what I asked for. I don't typically have an employee of a business I'm paying at argue like that. I at least got to keep the drink as well as receive my correct one. They both tasted good. The other employees were nice though.

I just moved to niles from IN, and i was lookin for a good coffee joint. this place has an awesome lav/marshmellow latte. also nice staff too.
