Tony Roma's - Edmonton

Just stopped at Edmonton west mount Friday night at 8:45 and turned away. Said kitchen was already closed due to Covid measures. Complete lie as we had our choice of restaurants that night down the street. Managers and staff daily complaining how Covid is ruining/ ending their business and this one didn’t want our groups. Sad.

Here on a business trip during the first week of March, tried going to this location for some tasty ribs! Not a light on during the whole week, looks like it CLOSED!

As I said slow service, some of our members waited 45 minutes , my ribs where overcooked with some berned coathing and very hard to eat, we would think about going back

We ordered two hamburgers, it took 25 minutes to bring to table. One hamburger was semi-raw in the middle, the other hamburger had a burnt bun. The table wasn't clean when we sat down. The last time we went the spaghetti was dry. The dishes need to be replaced, because there are black spots on the inner rims of the plates. The fries were under a heat lamp for so long, that the fries were dried out. The only thing that was good was the pop and the gravy. At least they gave us our food free. I just hope that I don't end up with food poisioning because of how they cooked the food.

I ordered a 6oz steak.. was now 6oz. Maybe 4. I even had to ask this is a 6oz? Yup. Pulled pork super sweet. My 13 year old couldn't eat it. Watery coleslaw. Had to ask for water 3 times. Not a good deal.
