Bidra med feedbackI felt sympathetic for the two women working during the early morning rush. One was managing the drive-thru while the other was preparing food and serving walk-in customers. It was clear that they were overwhelmed. I hope they didn't let this affect the customers who were just trying to begin their day on a positive note. I will definitely reconsider returning to this restaurant.
I ordered a crispy chicken salad but received a sandwich instead. When I asked about the price discrepancy, the server confirmed that it was indeed correct. The staff began laughing, which left me feeling unimpressed. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to wait for a replacement order.
The food at this restaurant was fine, but I experienced extremely rude behavior from the drive-thru staff. I understand that it may have been difficult for them to hear clearly from the passenger seat, but there is a way to communicate that without being blunt and rude. I have worked in drive-thrus for many years, so I am not unfamiliar with the process. Staff should keep their attitudes in check and treat people with respect. This incident occurred on June 29th around 10:10 pm.
It’s so bad I give it Zero but I can’t so I give it one star. We go to Tim’s south common to buy loaded wrap, French vanilla and chilli soup, but one staff (Indian) in the cash counter she had extremely very very rude They should keep their attitude at home..and treat people/customers with respect. This happened today 6:00pm. The manager they should not tolerate this kind of staff…
If you don't go through the drive-thru here and you end up inside, be prepared to be completely ignored for a good chunk of time. No matter what time of day. This continually happens at this location and this location alone.
