Tim Hortons - Edmonton

TH at 11084 51 Ave NW Edmonton (Pleasantview) not at all pleasant. I wouldn't eat anything made in a place with such disgusting bathrooms, and you might not want to either. Likely indicative of their general attitude toward cleanliness.

Over the last 2 weeks I’ve bought ice caps on two different visits (one week apart from each other) the last visit being yesterday around 9:30am, both visits the ice caps tasted like sour cream/milk. I am not sure if the staff members have checked for expiration dates or proper handling on fridge temperatures in order to keep their dairy products safely store and served. This something very alarming.

My 8 year old wanted to use washroom badly while we were buying coffee. The employee Deep Kaur… hope manager gave right name) without checking said rudely showing attitude) both washrooms were busy. After waiting 5 minutes checked again and the manager said keys are right here we were watching washrooms too all this while). When the employee was asked again why she did not check Deep started arguing raising her voice in front of everyone. Deep till last minute did not accept her mistake. The customer service is horrible. Employee needs to be trained and how to talk to customers. Manager did not provide phone number either as we wanted to let the district manager know about our experience. Tim Hortons managers also need to be open and transparent. Not going back.

As a long-time customer who has been ordering from Tim Hortons for almost 5 years, I have always enjoyed excellent service until today.During my most recent order, I had an unpleasant conversation with @Jeevan. I must express my disappointment in his behavior, as he displayed rudeness and a lack of manners in his communication. This uncharacteristic behavior was unexpected and significantly impacted my overall experience.Please do referral check before recruiting to gain insights into their work ethic and attitude.Not gonna go here any more.

I would really like management to work with their employees on customer service !! We were ordering our food and the girl who took order, she was laughing and when I asked at the window, all three of the employees laughed again. I would love to know what was funny. And it is not the first time. This has happened before too. This location is a disaster, please avoid it. Please read your review that says “this tim is not for Indian customers, they don’t treat well” which is true, they don’t. This is the closest tim to my house. I will also post the time I was there- “455pm”
