The Alley West Edmonton Mall

The service from the server was amazing. he went beyond and beyond. eating however took well to come over 45 minutes and the restaurant was nowhere near busy. the washrooms were dirty and had not been checked all day and we were there at 2 o'clock tried to call several times before asking, but no one answered the phone.

Food was delicious and came out relatively quickly but felt the service was poor.

Loaded nachos and jumbo chicken wings were delicious and filling

Staff were scraping huge metal tables and chairs across the room. They asked us to cut into our steak without giving us cutlery. Steak was way undercooked. Beans were raw. Steak came back burnt to a crisp after they offered to refire. Ribs were crumbling dry and tasted like boiled grease. Not sure how that happened. Horrible experience 1/10. Saving grace was their pickle Cesar was delicious.

The Good: Waitress was very good, apologetic, friendly when things were asked of her. The bad: Far louder. The fish and chips are so large you could never consider having 2. The drinks Coconut tequila and don't kill my vibe were mildly soapy tasting. So many of the games were out of order. You also can't afford anything in the place on one visit with your tickets.
