Subway - Edmonton

Do not go here at lunch time if you experience anxiety. Shoulder to shoulder with customers yelling over the person next to you getting toppings and having to repeat yourself, the staff will ask a question then immediately turn to a co worker and proceed to ask again. On 4 occasions now I left with the wrong sub due to the chaos. I don't like being that close to people nor yelling and they manage to create a bottle neck everytime I am there. Been going here time to time for lunch for a year and it's not worth it and is very uncomfortable. Outside of the Ol' lunch rush i'm sure it's fine.

This is the best Subway in Edmonton. The lunch rush is a breeze for them. Don't worry if there is a line, it goes fast!

The reason of rating going down for this place is the guy who work in morning. He dont know the c of customer service.

Excellent service and very responsive! Our catering dates got mixed up for a managers meeting and Subway was able to turn around 4 sandwich platters in 20 minutes over rush hour lunch. Very grateful to the manager and all the staff who were extremely helpful and pushed through to get the order fulfilled. Thanks to everyone!-Al-Terra Team!
