Bidra med feedbackWe traveled from Jasper to Edmonton to pick up some items from Ikea. We just wanted a quick meal due to Covid and my husband suggested we just go to Panda Express as it is just close by the place where we parked our car. I did not expect anything fancy as it 's just a fast food. Everything is good, no complaint about food. My only note is that the staff is not very nice. As I was selecting the food, I asked which one is the ginger beef. I didn 't noticed the labels as it was higher up and I 've never been there before. The staff pointed it out to me, in an irritated manner and added It 's written on the labels . I just apologized and said I didn 't notice. I just thought she must be having a bad day. I did not realized my husband saw the interaction until he said something while we are eating. He said, that Filipino lady doesn 't have to be a bi to you, you just asked 1 question. I agreed, it 's such a shame that she 's a fellow Filipino. I don 't usually come back to a restaurant when I had a bad first experience as I will always remember it, such a shame. Both me and my husband work in hospitality and restaurant business in Jasper encountered so many tourists on a very busy summer. Hence, we try to be always nice to staff when we go to other place. I never expected to be treated like that when I did absolutely nothing wrong, and all I did was asked politely.
This is the worst Panda Express location I have ever been to. I have given them several chances, and today was the last and final. They were so unprepared for a dinner rush, and had no priority of who to serve, food prep or service. If you were skip the dishes then no problem. Your driver had your food waiting on a table for you, but as a walk in customer, then forget it. You were disregarded of how long you had to wait for a bigger order. And please employees, if you are going to wear the mask, wear it proper. Hovering over and preparing orders, your nose also needs to be covered by the mask! And no, 2free spring rolls do not make up for the terrible quality food we received today, and the countless number of people who walked out way before me with their orders, and me and another couple who were in there together left long before us. So disappointing!!! Please wipe down your debit machine also after each use.
I am very disappointed in the order,I went there a few times to order when reach home they give wrong order. When call to complain they telling you that you didn't order there how stupid is that. Today again I order, kenneth that is if he give the right name telling me I dont order anything. Yet still when you order you have to wait a distance to receive your food. Bulls... bad customer service.
I went to Panda Express for takeout to support local businesses in my area as phase II of the re-opening process. I was surprised that the size portions are now cut in half but they charge you the same price. I understand that times are tough but customers notice these things...
We were fighting rush hour traffic and getting frustrated, then I saw this sign and I am so glad that we got off the road and settled in for some healthy grub. OK< so lots of it is dripping with sauce and deep fried and therefore horrible. BUT you can get veg and plain rice or noodles and have a wonderful healthy meal for not much . Service was quick and efficient. Great choice.
