Service was fast and courteous! Ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl and it was super delicious. The cook followed all the instructions we had asked for. Will definitely visit again
Very bad customer service .. When I told the lady at the front just a moment because I’m still thinking what to order , she don’t even say anything or saying no worries or take your time instead. Then I ordered, when she gave my receipt she didn’t even say thank you ! What kind of customer service this branch in Harvest Pointe , they don’t know how to do a good customer service . No smile , no greetings from the lady at the counter .. At least the guy at the back he greets the customer , I think the guy at the back is better at the front then the lady deserve to be at the back because she is giving a customer a bad customer service .. And one thing I order brown sugar pearl milk tea , she is asking what pearl milk tea . Hello! Whatever they call it , as long as there is a brown sugar from what I mention so it’s clear that my order is brown sugar because there is only 1 kind of brown sugar from the list .. ???And also the brown sugar bubble tea, I don’t taste the brown sugar it taste only like milk with tapioca and a tiny brown sugar I think they just put tue brown sugar just for decoration

Today I received the worse embarrassment of my life at this Edo Japan location. I will never eat from another Edo Japan again. I went to this Edo Japan location to eat lunch. The East Indian looking waitress/cashier was rude as she asked me what I wanted to eat and drink. I politely responded, thinking she might just be having a bad day. After my purchase, she didn't bother giving me my receipt in my hand, she just tossed on the counter and walked away. So rude. I swallowed my pride and sat down to wait for my lunch. The same waitress/cashier kept serving other white customers that came after me. I sat there filled with shame as customer after customer were served and eating their meals, but I was ignored even though I paid for my food. This level of racism is despicable. So a black man is not welcomed at this Edo Japan location? What a SHAME!!!! After more than 30 to 40 minutes of waiting and seeing new customers receive their meals, I walked away without eating. The embarrassment was too much. I let her keep my paid lunch. I have attached my receipt.
