Chianti Cafe & Restaurant - Edmonton

This is my favorite restaurant in edmonton. the last couple of times they can say they changed. the service was bad, they were from many menu points and food has changed significantly. hoping it will be normal again next time. plan a trip to encontrón soon, in the hope, it is again normal!

The service is sucked, but is still friendly and at point. simply not friendly and welcome. the food makes it! big romanoff and panna! prost!

I enjoyed my calves, but the pasta on each plate was too soft. all 12 of us mentioned that. all in all. a good mood

I am happy to eat here - came for a visit in the city after many years and decided to my favorite tortellini alla panna. sad it was horrible, pasta was overcooked and the dish was tasteless. my sohn ordered the fetter-alfredo- which was. tried like dish water and the noodles were so tender, the worst Italian cuisine I've ever eaten. restaurant looks down and not super clean. we had fled in the past about eating. what a disappointment.

First, the Ceasar salads were excellent. Hot buns to start with was a nice touch. The service was good (Jeff). My wife's Ravioli was okay. I didn't like it much but she was okay with it. I ordered Tortellini Alla Panna. What a disappointment. I...got a plate of tortellini with what looked like milk poured over it. The would-be sauce was like water. In close to 70 years of eating Italian, I have never seen anything like it. The food was tasteless. Coincidentally, we had eaten lunch at an Italian restaurant in downtown Edmonton the day before. What a difference. There, I sent my compliments to the chef because the sauce was one of the best I've ever had. In 24 hours I went from one of the best Italian meals I've ever had to the worst. Bill was $60 and so not worth it. We won't be back.
