Bidra med feedbackI stumbled across this little Mexican place while out exploring Edmonton and I have to say, the food was absolutely amazing. It was fresh, flavorful and some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. If you're looking for a great Mexican restaurant in Edmonton, be sure to check out Calle Mexico. You definitely won't be disappointed!
Authentic Mexican cuisine made with fresh ingredients. Ate here with boyfriend on a Saturday early evening around 5:30 after running errands in the area, and popped in to this place as we?ve both driven by their huge sign out front ???????? and wanted to try it out! We sat on the patio, ordered the guacamole, chips and salsa. And both had the Tortilla Soup. Originally we had planned on ordering the steak tacos afterwards, but ended up being full after that. The chips were delicious and you could tell they were made from tortillas in house and didn?t come out of a bag like is often found at many restaurants. The guacamole was made with really fresh vegetables and looked great. The salsa was mediocre, too watery and tasted too strongly of tomato soup this could be improved. The tortilla soup was great however all 3 dishes sauces lacked salt spices and thus tasted bland at the start. After asking our server for salt and pepper and once the tortilla soup came out with a lime wedge I added salt pepper to all 3 and squeezed the lime wedge over everything and it turned from mediocre to GREAT. Please add salt pepper seasoning or spices to all your menu dishes and your food will taste amazing! Overall good job and congrats on the new opening.
Everything?s reasonably priced, Great atmosphere! And the most friendly amazing staff on the planet!!! All the food tasted amazing. definitely my new go to Mexican spot.
Tacos were excellent. We shared 2 kinds, chicken and pork. Very tasty. Had a starter of chips and salsa and while fresh were a bit too greasy for my tastes and the salsa was OK but not as good as some places.
Got some takeout. Pork tacos and some corn chips with salsa and guacamole. Best tasting tacos I can remember enjoying.
