Bidra med feedbackWe have been regulars for Brewster’s Meadowlark for sometime now and have found the quality of food and the service to be exemplary ... our server, Brittany, is always welcoming and very attentive without being overbearing! Our arrival last week was rather marred by the young woman who greeted us not being properly informed/trained with the workings of reservations with Open Table. I would recommend OT might want to reach out to the management to confirm the staff is aware of procedures so that no one else is put off by the lack of knowledge, flippant responses and relentless attitude which was totally unacceptable. We will, of course, return again despite this annoying experience as we find the restaurant generally a very good option for a casual evening out. I would also like to add that the staff is doing a terrific job of following covid protocols and we have always felt safe and properly taken care of in that regard.
We have become regulars at the Meadowlark location for the Tuesday Wing night and our “go to” for casual dining. The food is very good and well prepared and the staff are all helpful and pleasant!
Our server was very good but they looked understaffed. Too bad because I know i would have ordered coffee if it didn’t get so late. It was difficult to go into the restaurant because the music at the front door was so loud and uninviting. Fortunately it was at a tolerable level in the restaurant. Everyone enjoyed their meals and we had a nice visit with our group. Since we were a large group I was worried that we would not get around to everyone. Whether by accident or by intention there was one empty chair at our table and that was great because people could get up sit at another part of the table and visit. We played musical chairs and had a nice visit because of it!
Once I was served it was a pretty good burger, but I felt pretty much ignored in a almost empty restaurant, I could understand it it was full, but...
Walked in, sat in the lounge. No server came ro the table after looking at me and the person i was with, so we walked out. Not how you keep customers.
