A&w Canada - Edmonton

This place used to be very busy but has gone to pot. The bathrooms were disgusting filthy obviously not kept up. The dining area has NO napkin condiment stand. The garbage was a weird 5 inch hole to put litter in. It was stripped of any signage as to what it is. I had to tell the cashier who was on her i phone to wash her hands before handling my food, after she rubbed her face and her hair.I had go and get my food from the counter because she refused to bring it to my table, like they do at other A&W's. Lazy lazy lazy lazy lazyWorst A&W in Edmonton stay away.

I stopped by during a late walk. The order was fresh and tasty and the staff was friendly.

Friendly customer service, allows refills even for teas—with new tea bags—and dad liked the full breakfast plate option.

Didn't enjoy my time here. I had my brother's leftover burger and some fries from this place last year, and it was just okay. Finally went here myself a couple weeks ago, ordered a chubby chicken sandwich and some onion rings. Onion rings were AWFUL, and the chicken sandwich wasn't that good either, definitely not worth $14. Wait time was way too long considering there was only one other order at the time; staff was arguing with each other rather than doing their jobs. Everyone was watching them lol. All in all I wouldn't recommend eating here.

Every time I order I always get my burger all wrong, you ask them to remove something it doesn't even get acknowledged. Especially for allergies.
