Ampersand 27 - Edmonton

We visited Ampersand for a meeting of about 40 people. The meeting room was secure and quiet with excellent audiovisual aids for presentation. To assist the service, we were asked to select our menu courses from a very good selection of items which satisfied everyone. Very subtly with use of name tags at our seats, the excellent staff members were able to identity and serve our meal even with special requests due to allergies or food intolerances....amazing! The food quality and service was excellent and served in a very efficient manner. Staff maintained our drinks and blended in very well with our group and meeting. Parking in the area can be difficult but there is a multi-level parkade right next door...very convenient! From the quality of food and service experienced within a meeting, I am very positive that an individual experience in the main part ofthis restaurant would be excellent. I do intend on returning and experiencing this restaurant again.

Fantastic service. Bruschetta was exquisite. Linguine Pescatore brilliant flavour. Cheesecake topped the meal. Old Fashioned was made just the way I like it with infused smoke under glass wow. Great experience!

Anniversary supper that was amazing! Our server Iyun was wonderful! Very attentive and knowledgeable. They have an extensive gin menu. Great way to try something new. Dinner was special. We shared the grilled octopus which was tender and had lots of fun flavours with the sauces drizzled on the side. Had a side of truffle parm fries which were very good! For the main we shared the linguine pescatori. So good. The seafood was cooked to perfection! To top it off Iyun brought us a special dessert!

I am traveling alone and wanted a nice meal. So I wondered down Whyte Ave and found this gem. Due to Covid they were offering a prefix menu that came with a super yummy drink to start. The meal was seriously delicious! I highly, highly recommend the cauliflower starter...wow...seriously, get it. I had the carbanara for the main course (recommended by the server) and it was fantastic!! I couldn't finish but now I have lunch . You get a lot of food for the price! Dining alone can sometimes suck but my server was super friendly and made the whole experience great! The restaurant itself has a great vibe. Worth the visit.

Absolutely fabulous brunch. The ambiance was amazing and the food exceptional. The service was okay but to be honest that was the only draw back. The rest outstanding
