Dunkin' - Edmonston

I went in and no one greeted or assisted me. No one told me to hold on or nothing. Will be going to Krispy Kreme’s instead.

This Dunkin really should be shut down! Every order of mine since they switched management and staff has been wrong. The workers are young and disrespectful. They do not believe in the customer being right. If there was a DD with a drive thru in closer proximity I would never come back. Unfortunately this is the the only DD within ten minutes of me. They cater to a certain demographic and if you do not fit that then they could care less. It’s sad. Truly.

Waited in the drive through FOREVER to pick up a mobile order. Waited at the speaker at least 5 minutes before someone comes on the speaker, not with a can I help you, but instead I was greeted with Yup . Took another 15 minutes to get to the window and get my order. There were two people ahead of me. If you are looking for crappy service, this is the place!

This Dunkin is where I usually visit because is around my way home. The times that I visit this location is in the afternoon-evening which they've usually run out of the donuts and munchkins. Good location.

I went here to pick up my online order for the first time ever and they made it easy to retrieve it, but I forgot to ask for my donuts so I had to come back and Alex helped me out to get them really quick and had a positive attitude the whole time, keep up the good job. ?
