Firehouse Subs South Edmond

After 25 minutes of my 30-minute lunch break, my ONE Sandwich was wrong. I tried to call back twice, but nobody answered. I called back the next day and said that the manager was too busy to take my call and that I had to call back in 30 minutes. I tried to call back 30 minutes later to call back in ANOTHER 30 minutes. I told the employee not to worry about it because I got the run over a wrong sandwich. There were no attempts to fix the problem they had created. Horrible Customer Service Tutorial Management? I love the atmosphere here and they have great sandwiches. The staff is very nice and helpful.

It is great when the staff knows you by name. If I forget to add something to my grilled chicken salad, they gently remind me. They know me so well

Great food! But the employees who work the answering phone are very rude and unprofessional. Very sad to see because I love the food!!

Deflection of accountability is very disturbed here. If customers have sent fireworks subs for some time for lunch, we are very 1 and done when it comes to respect....
