Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Edmond

Imagine, leaving the basketball game. Ready for my favorite food. Then boom! Chicken strips hard. Burger sort of cold, cheese not melted. Fries… meh. I expect better from Braums.

Picked up a few items in the Fresh Market, excellent and friendly service. I got a large order of French Fries and a Vanilla Coke. The fries were lukewarm and there was no ice in my drink and it was very watered down.Vegetarian options: They have wonderful salads!Dietary restrictions: If salt is an issue ask for no salt on your fries and they will make you fresh fries.Parking: Plenty of parking with just a few handicapped spots.Kid-friendliness: Sizes and portions are good on the kids meals and ice they have everything from a junior dip to a banana split!Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and entrance are wheelchair accessible.

My expierence was mixed at first this nice boy helped me I believe his name was Garett then I had napkins thrown at me by some kid named Isiah very mixed opinion but overall a wining

I come to this Braum's pretty often, but after my experience today, I would rather not go back. Everything about my order is incorrect. I ordered a large fry with my meal and I was charged for a medium size, but I was given a small size fry in the bag.... They also charged me for a large water, which I did not ask for.

I love Braum 's. My only criticism is their lack of consistency. I realize they have certain items that are on the menu and others that would be considered custom orders. Generally, I 'm looking for a couple scoops of ice cream with caramel on top... nothing I think is too crazy. Still. EVERY time, it is rung up differently, and EVERY time it costs a different amount. It 's not a crazy difference. $3 and something cents.This last time, the guy told me he couldn 't possibly do that.... he would have to ring it in as a sundae..... So ring it in as a sundae. That 's what I want.Still... Great ice cream!!!!
