The ladies at the drive-thru window are always so incredibly nice and courteous and food is always great

My wife and I stopped into this Arbys at 1:06 on Monday May 2nd, 2022. From the time we entered the door until we left, we felt welcomed and a genuine feeling that the employees wanted our meal and service to be pleasant and enjoyable. My wife is a clean FREAK…I’m talking OCD levels. The restaurant was cleaner than any fast food restaurant we’ve seen and just a clean, if not better, than many higher end restaurants in the area. We were actually surprised at how clean it was…windows, window seals, doors…things many folks probably don’t notice at first. The young man (manager in training), I think his name was CeJe, took our order. He just had a way about him that made us feel like he cared about the restaurant and the customers. Several of the other employees were extremely friendly as well. CeJe brought our food to our table and actually checked on us. Another employee brought another couple’s food out and we could hear a pleasant conversation that they had. CeJe had taken a to-go order for us earlier and right when we were finished eating our dine in order, he asked if we were ready for the rest. At the same time he took away our dirty tray and the leftover wrappers. The service we received was better here than other full service restaurants that we’ve experienced lately. To the area manager and manager of this Arbys….Kudos to you and your staff. We appreciated the service, the flavor of our meals and the overall cleanliness of your restaurant. Keep up the great work. CeJe…you really made an great impression on us today! Keep up the great work and good luck in your future endeavors. With your attitude and demeanor, you have the makings of becoming a great manager and more.

Only went and night crew was terrible and so rude and have really bad attitudes and need to find another job if you can't handle fast food

The Wagyu Burger was a waste of money. It looked delicious, but it had no taste. I should have been stuck with the roast beef. Please don't believe the whole hype. The curly pommes were warm. The drink was okay. And the young lady who took my order and gave me my food was very nice. Food: 1/5

I ordered the bacon waguy Burger meal. It took about 13 minutes when I placed my order until I got it. While I was waiting, the floor was sticky. The place was not busy so I didn't understand the 13 minutes waiting time. My burger was dry to deteriorate everything. Food: 3/5
