Bidra med feedbackI did my 25th marriage anniversary celebration at Akbar. We had a great experience doing the celebration. The staff was really helpful and at their toes throughout. On one occasion they served tea to elders when it got cold, just as a courtesy. Mrs. Malhotra and Rohit deserve a special mention here. I saw them working throughout the event. This is my 4th celebration at Akbar and we will come back again. I was skeptical about the food after hearing mixed reviews recent years but contrary I heard very nice words from all my guests about the food.Keep up the good work!
I meaaaaannnn, I enjoyed my time here, food is fantastic and the staff are awesome. BUT, if you do not like sweet things, please do not order desert, you will DEAD with sweetness he he ??I'm serious by the way. Will I go back again? Absolutely ? but I will not take desert? thank you
Stale food is served in Sunday buffet, feels like leftover non veg items from a party. Very limited items for 22$ which is overpriced and additional 18% service charge, soft drinks are very overpriced for the quantity. One of the bad experiences in NJ.
My family used to come here frequently way back in the day. The food had deteriorated right after pandemic but we decided to give them another try. The food was good but service was poor. We were there to celebrate a special occasion and were looking forward to a nice dinner. However as soon as they saw us put our utensils down, they cleared our table in a rush and dropped the bill on the table. We were still not ready to go, but multiple people came to me asking if I put my credit card in the bill folder. They didn’t even give us a chance to get more drinks. So rude. Our family felt so rushed and disgusted we decided to leave. As soon as we got up, the servers sweeped to our table and even blocked me from getting out of my chair because they just wanted to clear the table. Our dinner was ruined by this unpleasantness and will not be going back because of this rudeness.
Disappointed with service, quality of food promised for a wedding get together.
