The Kilted Pig - Edinburgh, City of

Excellent! I visited this restaurant twice, once for a meal and the second time for drinks on a Friday after work. This place has undergone some renovations and I would consider it to be my 'local'. It used to be called the Kilted Pig, but it recently underwent a renovation. The portion sizes of the food were generous and my friends and I were pleasantly surprised. I had the chicken Fajitas while my friends enjoyed the burgers, and we all left feeling satisfied. Even though there was a football game on during our visit, the volume was not overly loud and other patrons seemed happy to watch the game while enjoying a pint. They have a large screen where people can watch sports. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely be back.

We had our first breakfast at this restaurant on a Saturday morning and we were definitely not disappointed. This will not be our last visit. We enjoyed the 2 for 1 deal on full Scottish breakfast before 11:30, and even though it was 11:45, they still offered it to us. The food was delicious, the service was very friendly, and they made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere and decor were cozy and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind after a late night out. Our next visit will be for dinner, and we will be sure to leave a review for that as well.
