Bidra med feedbackProbably the worst Pret I 've used. It doesn 't take much to get a bad review in this very competitive sector of the food market. Imperative is top quality basic product and service but this Pret 's uninterested staff managed to provide coffee as insipid and indifferent as their welcome. When faced with a simple request to warm 2 croissant I was told it couldn 't be done. The oven, sat in the corner looking very efficient and serviceable was 'not used '. Immagine my surprise when, 3 minutes lates later, a new batch of pastries was put in the oven to cook. I did 'nt buy the cold croissant, deciding instead to wait until I reached the centre of the city where M&S managed with genuine enthusiasm to warm them for me. Croissant warm are a very different thing to the cold version, a fact not understood by the Pret staff any better than the finer elements of good service.
My tea was cold, my croissant was falling apart because it was overheated, and none of the tables had been wiped in quite a while. I won’t be going back.
Service excellent... food and drink excellent... staff were attentive... says a great deal for thus outlet.
Called in for a coffee and was greeted with a warm welcome. Coffee was good and served hot. We ordered a couple of snacks and there was a reasonable range to choose from. The food was fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. Worth a visit
At first we didn't know what this establishment was. But after going inside we found good food, drinks and salads and such. Priced right for Edinburgh). We wind up returning another day to try other dishes.
