Pizza Hut - Edinburgh, City of

Went to pizza hut for my wife's birthday party had exllent service by Rebecca she was so helpful she has great service always making sure we are OK and ask if we are enjoying our food we will be back good value for money and thanks

Had an pizzahut for family and cost £80 and pizza refused to accept gift voucher not great value for money

I met the colleague at the till and took me to my table. He was very polite and pleasant throughout my visit to pizza hut. I got the buffet option for £12.99. I thought it was a really good price considering that you could have pizza, help yourself to the salad section and ice cream and bottomless drinks. I would give a score of 6/10 because I would have liked more options when it comes to the pizza. The pizza was good for the money but could be better. 6/10 The pasta was ok too but not the average pasta. 5/10 Bottomless drinks 8/10 really awesome. Got to try different types of drinks. I mostly tried cherry. Would like to have more options in the future and would give 10/10m The ice cream was 6.5/10 was good. If i came back then it might go up. I would honestly be happy to comeback for the bottomless drinks and the ice cream. Overall. Did I enjoy my visit to visit Pizza hut. Yes. I felt the service was very good. 7/10 service for the staff. Could I recommend someone to go to pizza hut. Yes. Is it good value for money. yes. If you just fancy having a few slices of pizza and having some soft drinks and ice cream. Went for a buffet lunch and it was poor… hardly any variety, waiting ages for new pizza’s to come, majority of pizza’s were deep pan, pasta was soggy and looked like it had been there a while, no garlic bread for the duration of our visit, lots missing of the salad bar cucumber etc)! Really disappointed given we usually visit Fort Kinnaird and it’s fab! Wouldn’t visit again; orders from the main menu were defo being prioritised by the kitchen : Manager blamed the number of table Orders for the poorly stocked buffet!

Found app frustating to order food through, missed several items off our order and had to remind them. No contiments were brought over, and wasn't that busy. All in all very poor.
