No1 High Street - Edinburgh, City of

During our stay in Edinburgh my wife and I wanted to try this pub in front of which we passed several times. We tasted Haggis Tower and Cullen skink. Both excellent and at a fair price also seen the central location in the Old Town.

Located right in front of the very tourist pub the end of the world along the Royal Mile, this typical hotel offers a very Scottish atmosphere thanks to a waitress with a very pronounced accent and its very welcoming attitude. The map unfolds the country's traditional dishes and the Haggis is just perfect. Beer is fresh (we're not in the English) and prices related to those used elsewhere. Good address for a stop when we started to head back the entire Royal Mile.

Amazing staff Unbelievable food. They all feel like home. The Cullen Skink is very good, Chef. It is worth stopping. Thank you.
