Kentucky Fried Chicken

Order Machine not working, so went to queue. I only had just ordered,, checking my receipt for order number asian person screamed my number within 29 seconds. Not cooked to order. Very very greasy. Handed me my order. I said I also ordered a drink he gave me one without checking my receipt or order. Unprofessional! Last time my receipt said expected waiting time 1 hour 39 minutes. I complained. Given within 39 seconds.. odd

Yesterday, I visited the KFC at Waverley Mall around 4pm and was appalled by the lack of hygiene. Despite there being only a few occupied tables, it was difficult to find a clean one as almost every table was covered with leftover food debris. The floor was also littered with food, attracting a pigeon. After reporting the issue to staff, we waited for someone to address the mess but no one came. Feeling disgusted, we decided to leave our uneaten meal behind and clean one table for the next customer. As I left, I noticed two male staff members chatting instead of cleaning up. If they neglect the front of the house, one can only imagine the state of the kitchen.

I've been on many KFC but this is the bottom record. The food came quickly and there was I ordered, but then the list of badities: half cold food, toilets there were direct leaks (I do not know what was on the floor, but water was it not... , food waste on the floor and filled garbage bins...

The gravy was tasteless and thin, we were not provided with napkins or forks and had to repeatedly go to the counter. Avoid this place at all costs!

It was situated beside my hotel so i went there twice to eat. It was an okay place but fries and chicken was little b cold or watery.! I have been to many KFCs but sometimes some branches are better then other..!
