Caffe Nero Edinburgh, Glanville Place

After moving from the United States to Edinburgh, my daughters were initially disappointed that they couldn't find something similar to home here. However, Caffe Nero has completely filled this void and has become our new favorite spot in the city. This particular location is our go-to, as we consistently receive great service. My youngest daughter can't get enough of the delightful peach smoothie every time we visit. I always opt for a delicious roasted ham and cheese panini along with either a mint lemonade or a luxury chocolate drink, depending on the season. And my oldest daughter can never resist the tempting carrot cake on offer.

I was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful atmosphere of this café amidst the Saturday shopping rush. It's conveniently located near the bus stop to the city. The food and drinks were similar to other Caffè Nero locations. The restroom was clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Place is also kept clean and orderly. Had a nice experience.

The restaurant offers great service in a spacious, clean environment with comfortable seating. And of course, don't forget the large coffee serving!

I loved caffe nero, but their standards of cleanliness and friendliness have gone seriously downhill. this morning the Stockbridge branch visited and after complete inconvenience from the barista that served us, we found a table at the back of the caffe. Cleaning...regime at this place is best cursor. thick dust layers on the regal behind us, walls and lacquering are grubby and stained. I did not try to look too closely when I visited the one and only customer toilet. door handles sticky in these covid times completely unacceptable. we didn't hang around and we won't be back.
